    Pros

Very slack work environment, the people were very nice and, overall just fun. Lots of funny stories, a lot of opportunity to truly help people.

    Cons

The organization of the company was pretty bad. There was no proper hierarchy of management, and decisions and rules were always being changed. Oh, and the pay wasn't all that great.

    Advice to Management

Focus a bit more on what you should be doing rather than what you think is right in your own brain. Once rules are made, everyone in the store should follow them equally rather than having some people having more slack rules than others. Also, the management should probably lead by example rather than doing what they want and expecting everyone else to bow down and follow the rules.

    Pros

Awesome people to work with.. Very easy to pick up

    Cons

Most of the management is crap and the scheduling is terrible.. Never posted on time and favouritism is very obvious

    Pros

Great work-life balance and friendly, laid back people. Great place to make new friends.
Covers education up to $2000 per year. Great place if you want a stable job with little stress and average compensation.

    Cons

Everyone is treated the same whether they are good at their job or not. Same pay, same raises and even same bonuses throughout the organization. Not a good place if you are ambitious and want to move up the ladder. Good people leave and mediocre people stay.

    Advice to Management

If you want to keep smart people, you need to offer them more competitive salary and support their career development.
