    Pros

    Program assistants are very focused;
    Attention is centered fully on the students;
    Peer interaction is encouraged;
    Schedules are maintained and students progress is tracked on a regular basis;
    Staff is very easy to work with

    Cons

    Not too many cons except for maybe some miscommunication, but this was rare. I can not say much about their pay scale because I worked as an unpaid intern.

    Advice to Management

    Please continue to hold the high standards that you currently have in place.

    Pros

    Great benefits, wonderful opportunity to network once your in the system

    Cons

    It takes a long time for HR to pull your application. A lot of people got in the system by being referred from someone in the system. If you do not know anyone within CMS I suggest you email principals directly and let them know which positions you applied for and ask that they check out your resume.

    Advice to Management

    Listen... a lot of mess going on in administration. A lot of staff feel as though they are not being heard, underpaid and do not have the support that they need. I feel like there should be more ways that administration can be held accountable. A lot of people afraid to speak up because they're afraid that they will be fired.

    Pros

    Pay, working with children, summers and Christmas breaks

    Cons

    Not enough teacher support-especially new teachers. Not enough info given at orientation. No work-life balance until June, when you are no longer working.

    Advice to Management

    Make expectations clear and resources available to ALL teachers. NOT just the ones straight out of college.
