    Pros

Good internal movement. I have had 3 different positions in 3 years. Management listens. A lot of internal changes and employee events starting up. Great for team building!

Company reshaping itself after initial IPO; future direction uncertain

I worked at Citizens Financial Group full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good flexibility to work from home or remotely. Strongly believe in recognition programs, almost to a fault. Friendly co-workers who want to do the right thing.

    Cons

It's a company that has been largely dormant for years and is now trying to fix all the problems within an 18-month time frame and it's stressing out many employees. The culture is old school financial institution. A lot of managing up and taking direction from executives without question. There's a bit of "if you don't drink the Koolade you may not be part of the club" mentality. Many people have been there for awhile and often are not open to new suggestions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In addition to cutting costs across the board, think about how you can cut the onerous processes to get things done. This includes policies and procedures and approvals.

  9.

I see the company slowly taking things away from the employees.

    Pros

    Cons

You are not treated the way you should be by upper management. No life work balance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Life work balance should be priority but sales always come first. Not everyone is compensated the way they should be
