    Fun, energetic job, was managed well, easy to move up

    Cons

    Poor hours, low pay for the amount of work required, third keys do everything an assistant manager does minus interviewing and get paid much less for it

    Advice to Management

    Better division of labor OR better wages. If third keys are going to have as much responsibility as an asm, they should be paid for it.

    Great People to work with and the discount can not be beat.

    Cons

    Long hours and no impact of the current stance of the company

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees and take change. Also, keep one CEO longer than a year at a time.

    Fun environment , flexible scheduling, easy to work for

    Cons

    Dealing with kicking and screaming children that don't want their ears pierced, non understanding district managers that expect way too much , parents that leave their children to roam around the store making it a complete mess , been there too long for the pay I make

    Listen to what the employees think would help in the store.

    Horrible managers and employees, discrimination,physically threatened by employees, alone most of the time no hours

    Best perks: being able to keep up with the fast paced fashion world-- and accessorizing for 50% off!

    It's a very fast paced environment where you tend to work on single to minimum coverage during non-peak times.

    Allocate more time for training associates and setting merchandise.

    Great customer friendly environment. Fast paced. Great bonus program for upper level management. Claire's is an easy place to get your foot in the door for entry-level management

    Cons

    If a district manager disproves of an employee, they will use deceitful tactics to terminate. The salary is extremely low compared to other retailers.

    Advice to Management

    Abide by the state laws and the companies policy and procedures. Have some compassion and integrity when it comes to discipline. Ensure that your district managers are honest, competent leaders. Not deceitful, low-morale, opportuniste
