    Poor documentation, immature processes, aggressive management, terrible pay

    Stop belittling your employees, stop taking all of the credit, stop throwing your own people under the buss in front of the customer, leave your home life at home, actually show up to work once in a while.

    I have been working at Client Network Services full-time

    Pros

    Good place to learn the business. Decent room for career growth at the company if you work to stand out to managers. A leader in public healthcare innovation at the moment. Paid time off benefits aren't bad. Bonuses can be fairly good. Additional perks in terms of office parties and outings.

    Cons

    Severe lack of training. Higher management often commits to contracts and schedules that are not realistic in terms of time and resources and workers lower on the totem pole are expected to carry more of a load than they should. Higher-ups tend to rush and delegate while not addressing problem areas. The same managers are continually rewarded for the work of their teams. Management forces socialization a bit much. 401(k) portfolio and company matching could be better. The offered healthcare insurance provider can be difficult to work with.

    Pay more attention to the people doing the work. Be more realistic when committing to additional projects.

    If you can get on their good side it can be a real boon since they will give you a lot of responsibility and promotions.

    Cons

    Senior managers tend to do whatever the head of the office says, even if unethical.

    Stop using intimidation and favoritism to make policies and promotions.

    I have been working at Client Network Services full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    They believe in socializing among themselves.

    Cons

    Company caters to east Indians because they request rock-bottom salaries, they are controlled with Visas and do not hear, speak or do no evil. They hire only white management to shield their India and Pakistan descent to get Federal contracts. They do not promote blacks unless they are in trouble with EEOC.

    Be open culturally.
