Pros – The working environment, facilities are really alluring. The staff is co-opertive with high moral values and the motto of "fraternity". "Safety first" is what please me again because if there's life, there is everything.

Cons – It has got lot of red tapism to do petty works. the administration is kind of busy with lot of jobs to handle and getting initials of boss becomes hectic at times.

Advice to Senior Management – Maintain the standards of this prestigious organisation. Long live colgate.

Pros – Great location, great training for learning how plumb and understand corporate thinking, first-class facilities, prestigious company. Lots of pleasant co-workers.

Cons – Expectation for precision in accounting for project budgets can be a bit lax. A bit much paper shuffling to balance internal departmental balance sheets – after all, it's all in the same company.
There are some cliques and some people who are their favorites don't always pull their weight.

Advice to Senior Management – Learn how designers think, just designers strive to learn how you think. Be more open to doing business with new outside creative vendors

Pros – I was working as a consultant and they give a lot of work to do only in 3 weeks. Was great but also stressful because everytime that our boss came to the office, came with new ideas and other task to do
