Former Employee – worked at College Station Medical Center full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – I can't think of any

Cons – understaffed, poor working conditions, no administration support, they only care about money, not employees

Advice to Senior Management – Learn some customer service skills, and treat employees well, that goes a long way. All the negative vibes you there, it makes everyone miserable.

Current Employee – been working at College Station Medical Center full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – staff gets along well, the only reason I stayed

Cons – Very poor mgt, will call your spouses to at 4am when you are already working until 7am...no respect at all. Will beg you to work and then cut you when you show up. Train all about customer service ADEIT but then will move patients at 2 am all a sudden beds show up in other places because there is a patient somewhere else that needs a bed...will get lied to all the time overall

Advice to Senior Management – Stop Lying. Staff will never trust you.
