    Very good

Senior Recruitment Consultant (Former Employee) London, England

ProsGood training, good commission structure, good infrastructure and support, not horrifically cut throat, fairly good name in the market. It's a hard job and they get that.

ConsCan be limited in attacking new companies as incumbents tend to sit on accounts and matybe not be as active as they should be. No sharing of candidates / splits.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou know what you're doing generally, look at candidate / client ownership and getting everything on the CRM - but you know this already.

The employees are not appreciated at all

Technical Support Analyst (Former Employee) Dublin, Dublin (Ireland)

ProsGot the salary always on time

ConsNo paid holidays, no opportunity to change the umbrella company

Advice to Senior ManagementIf your employees are dissatisfied and underpaid, they will get a new job as soon as possible. It is worth to try to meet the needs of the employees.
