“Decent pay however bad communication.”
Current Employee – been working at Corus Bankshares
Pros – Fair salary; small enough organization to wrap hands around
Cons – Little to no communication from upper level management; limited career growth
Advice to Senior Management – Communicate more effectively with individuals to allow them to feel a part of the organization

“Hours like an i-bank, without the compensation”
Former Employee – worked at Corus Bankshares
Pros – The other analysts and officers are always willing to help and teach you the intricacies of how business is run at the company.
Cons – Some work is interesting, but some of it is quite boring and administrative. It's ridiculous that management would declare that they expect people to be in work on Saturdays regardless of workload.
Advice to Senior Management – Well, the company has gone through some changes and is now being liquidated by the FDIC, so it doesn't seem my advice would matter much.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
