I have been working at Darden full-time for less than a year

ProsI was fortunate to start with a brand new store that was just about to open and received 2 promotions within my first couple months of working there. They give you opportunity if you choose to take it.

ConsI did't not receive enough hours in the end to support myself.

ProsThe company is well deserving of being listed as one of Fortune 500 best companies to work for. Darden takes good care of their employees as well as offering benefits and incentives. Managers are friendly and professional. To put it bluntly, as an Olive Garden server i earn more than some of my friends with degrees.

ConsLate hours, physically demanding.
