Pros – only thing is the job security.once entered in service one need not have to bother till retirement.

Pros – i learn a lot working with doordarshan in every technical field, this is the place where u can learn a lot.

Cons – the management is not good they wont pay at the time,there is no leader ship how to work in a good way
