    Pros

Collegial, good life balance, nice people to work with, reasonable compensation

    Cons

Tough place to work if you want action.

    Advice to Management

After decades of being run to push down costs, there are areas where millions of dollars are at risk, and a fix would be a tiny percentage of the revenues at risk. Management really needs to make these unglamorous but essential investments. As an employee, my greatest concern is not about compensation, or benefits, or a friendly atmosphere, but about concern that the company is investing adequately to ensure D&B will remain a going concern for more than the next few years. It's way too tough to get modest budget requests for things that will shore up businesses that serve key clients and make millions for the firm. That said, I think broadly Management is a good bunch - maybe with too much on your plate?
Maybe it might make sense to have someone specific in senior management whose job is to look at the many unsexy but key businesses, and figure out how to shore them up from a decade of relentless resource cutting.

    Pros

Great work experience, particularly product and solutions and learning all the skills needed to manage customer accounts. Great culture and coworkers for the most part.

    Cons

Compensation, management and hostile customer base.

    Advice to Management

Many customer's don't understand value of DUNSRight, and they really don't appreciate poor service and ham-handed salesmanship from account managers.

    Pros

    Hard to Find any Positives....

    Cons

    There are thousands of Cons.
I will start the interview process.
There will be 3 rounds of interview
2 technical rounds and 1 manager round.
Interview process will be very easy. But the panel will come very late they may call in week days for 2nd and 3rd round of interview. Each round you need to wait for the hole day. Finally they will call you one more day for salary discussion . After the interview they will tell you to wait for client for billing or budget. They will call every 2 or 3 days and will tell they will release offer and after some days they will call for one more final round of interview for client and will tell your not selected.

Worst and lazy people working in this organization as managers and they don't know current technologies in the market.

    Advice to Management

Please resign from service and do some business to survive your family. don't work in IT Companies.

    Pros

Flexible work environment, definitely rewarded the employees for working hard. The company cared about a work-life balance and understood the need to work remotely.

    Cons

When I was there the technology was outdated. They outsource much of IT and a fair amount of the knowledge. It took a while to get institutional knowledge.

    Advice to Management

Find a better balance between insourcing and outsourcing technical functions. For the sole purpose of driving better business outcomes.
