Pros – Good teams, interesting research projects. Good people to work with (including the managers). Great work/life balance.

Cons – Difficult to get permanent position. Low-average salary range for contractors. Closed down due to economic recession. Inconsistent policy for awarding scientific contribution.

Pros – Past - Training and growth opportunities, excellent co-workers, very good salaries and bonuses, ability to work with some very intelligent people

Cons – Currently - Very little training and growth opportunities, ever shrinking company, Chapter 11, Upper Management that is out of touch, zero to little pay increases, Same Management Team that lead us into Chapter 11 is still running the company, Useless Board of Directors, a once great company is just a sliver or what it used to be.

Pros – I left years ago when company was still making positive margins and it was a consumer business. Many of us former Kodak employees still rooting for Kodak and Rochester (best 14 years of my life)

Cons – After years of downsizing, bad news, etc, the Kodak culture needs to find the guiding light again.

Advice to Senior Management – I am sure you have your hands full with the bankruptcy recovery opp. When I left EK in 2004, I went straight into a bankruptcy with Delta Airlines, but they survived it and keep growing. I wish the best to all leaders and never forget that the compqny is made up of people, not just assets
