Pros – Nice work culture
OK work pressure
OK salary
Less stress
Cons – Not good for over ambitious people
Growth is fast only if you are extremely talented, else slow
Advice to Senior Management – Best work environment, increase salary standards and it would be the best company.
Improve upon the appraisal systems. Many feel they are not appreciated for their work

Pros – Some of the pros are that the company is very aware of it's employees and their needs and problems, it helps the evolve and gives them the opportunity to learn as much as possible.
Cons – I can not think of anything bad to say.

Cons – No major complaints, they could add some more activities to the work calender.

Pros – Paychecks dont bounce. large budgets with reletivly easy funding of Projects.
Cons – Managers are more concerned about thier reputation than doing the right thing for the company.Managers lie to sr leaders. we all know what happens to a lie.
Advice to Senior Management – quit hiding behind smoke and mirrors and give the team credit and recognition.
