Current Employee – been working at ADP full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Decent benefits, incoming salary for inside sales is fair to low but outside can make great money. Outside Sales is tough if you dont have adequate experiece and somewhat cut throat. Have seen a lot of reps come and go. Inside Sales great learning grounds for anyone looking to break into ADP, but plan to give it a few years there to learn the ropes. Nice incentives to keep Sales Motivated.

Cons – Your territory has a lot to do with how people do. Lots of turnover in first few years in role, after that people tend to stay. Hard to move from inside to outside. Ouside has

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your staff and help them to su'ceed. Management gets so into their numbers sometimes they dont listen the people bringing the buisness in or act like they know all and dismiss concerns/suggestions. In addition, if you bring up topics they wish to avoid becuase its viewed as negative then you get flack yet if you don't and compain amongst yourselves then your told to bring it to management. Its like most places, what you make of it.
