“good company to work for”
Current Employee – been working at AT&T full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great work/life balance
Ability to own your own products/projects
Great for self-starter attitude
Cons – Beaurocratic - small duties/change implementations takes a long time - almost everything needs to get kicked all the way up to VP level for approval
Not much direction from Senior Mgmt - might be frustrating for those who are not self starters
Large company - need to teach yourself to find your way around to get things done
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
