I worked at AT&T full-time for more than a year

Pros

technology, free handset, vibrant indusrty, active training.

Cons

Corporate structure. AT&T is really SBC Global. They are a Huge MLM corp that had amassed so many footprints and contracts that they stay afloat. In reality, they are truly a reseller, who has had to switch its name to gain market presence and circumvent the law. However came up short int eh TMobile deal

I worked at AT&T full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great benefits, good experience, free cellphone service

    Cons

Compensation plan gets worse as years go by, they make the commission structure as complex as possible so you don't realize your making less and less for the same output.

Work-load is pretty near impossible if you try and do everything's that's asked of you unless you're putting in a solid 10 hours each and every day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the of old middle management that are completely out of touch with what their reps do on a daily basis.
