I have been working at AT&T full-time (less than an year)

Pros

The call center I worked at had an amazing atmosphere and it showed in the work of employees
- great management (management would listen when you asked about a customer concern)
- work parties (giving back to employees)
- director always available to speak with if you had a concern
- excellent training provided (mock calling + wonderful training material)
- excellent pay for the area

Cons

Due to the nature of the work a lot of younger employees may work there. At times high-school'ish attitudes may arise.

Keep up the excellent work and continue to listen to your employees!

    Pros

    Good pay. Number of Vacation Days.

    Cons

    MSOC. Inept middle management. Too much micro management. Too much politicing & ass-kissing among management. Outdated trucks(We're still driving early 90's model trucks). Outdated equipment. Management makes too many bad business decisions & throw the craft workers under the bus. Everything is always the fault of the craft employee(like management doesn't have any faults). Crappy & overpriced health insurance. Overall culture is cutt-throat. Too many people making critical decisions that have never done the work before. horrible customer service.

    Eliminate MSOC. Fire all the ass-kissers & agenda driven management.
