Current Employee – been working at AT&T full-time for less than a year
Pros – The call center I worked at had an amazing atmosphere and it showed in the work of employees
- great management (management would listen when you asked about a customer concern)
- work parties (giving back to employees)
- director always available to speak with if you had a concern
- excellent training provided (mock calling + wonderful training material)
- excellent pay for the area
Cons – Due to the nature of the work a lot of younger employees may work there. At times high-school'ish attitudes may arise.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the excellent work and continue to listen to your employees!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
