    Pros

Good stable job, consistent employment in economic downturns.

    Cons

Pay's doesn't increment with added education after you start with the company, A large portion of the work force should have long retired, grumpy and nasty bitter old employee's who wanted to retire years ago. Pay increases are low, so you barely beat the cost of inflation, and most years you do not.

    Advice to Management

    N/A.
