Former Employee – worked at ATA Services full-time for more than a year
Pros – Very casual atmosphere, manager came in shorts and a t shirt most days. Flexible work hours. Very small company, everyone gets to wear lots of hats.
Cons – Owner and sr. management don't always communicate what the current strategy is going to be. There are always plenty of good ideas, sometimes it's hard to know which good idea is being pursued today. Projects are often assigned and started only to be abandoned without notifying the person or people working on the project.
Advice to Senior Management – Nepotism got its own name because it's usually a bad idea.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
