Pros – Smart people, Industry leading solutions, solid margins and high performing parent - Alliance Data Systems. Rewarded for performance. High expectations and a culture of hard work. I've enjoyed the more than 7 years I've been here.
Cons – multiple acquisitions have stressed the systems. need to work harder to get the same things done. Mgt is aware and work hard to fix.
Advice to Senior Management – continue to actively comminicate items regarding our division and epsilon overall. Celebrate promotions and be transparent in hiring
