“Great benefits ... smaller sites have limited opportunities”
Current Employee – been working at Abbott Labs full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Well, we have one of the better benefit and pension packages still around, and it seems to be well funded. It is also not uncommon for people to work here 20-30 years.
Cons – They have this amusing habit of repeating history. I've seen it happen several times in my dozen or so years with the company.
Advice to Senior Management – Quit going in circles.
