I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (more than an year)

Pros

Easy
Nice Managers
Attractive co-workers
Great job for high school kids
Sometimes they try to hire lots of employees - meaning less bours for everyone else

Cons

It can be very boring sometimes.
The managers are usually pretty good but when they're bad, they're really bad.
The pay is basically minimum wage.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The regional management needs to go easier on the store managers.

    Great opportunities for improvement. Casual work attire, not to be confused with environment which is far from casual!
