    Pros

You can get promoted fast in this company; especially if you are willing to move and relocate.
    Opportunites all over the globe.
The job is really hands on- not stuck at a desk.
Keeps you youthful being around a bunch of kids in high school and college- promotes a fun/laid back work enviornment.

    Cons

    On your feet all day.
Everyone is underpaid- especially for all the requirements they are looking for in an associate (both management & associates).
Hours and work schedule (have to work at least one weekend day).
    Don't have major holidays off.

I worked at Abercrombie & Fitch part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Easy
    Nice Managers
    Attractive co-workers
Great job for high school kids
Sometimes they try to hire lots of employees - meaning less bours for everyone else

    Cons

It can be very boring sometimes.
The managers are usually pretty good but when they're bad, they're really bad.
The pay is basically minimum wage.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The regional management needs to go easier on the store managers.
