Former Employee - Sales Associate (Model) in Las Vegas, NV (US)

    Pros

I was recruited, and started working there sooner than I knew it. It was a very high volume, upbeat store that was usually busy which is good because it keeps you busy.

    Cons

Sometimes the volume of the music and the store being sprayed so heavily would interfere with the customers shopping experience.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop staring at 17 year old girls.

    Pros

cool people, casual environment, young and fun, clothing discount, flexible schedule at times, managers were also young so most understood things that were happening

    Cons

pay was not that great, depending on the store and the volume would depend on how many hours were given to associates, managers sometimes showed favoritism
