    Pros

The salary used to be high, with good rises. You have the chance to travel a lot to many places.

    Cons

The rises were not that good and the chances to travel become an obligatory thing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your workers as people, not as machines.

I have been working at Accenture full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

You have an areas of growth by showing your talent and can be moved to the best teams in Accenture.

    Cons

1)Project head has most of the powers with him, which leads to bad impression if being misused by him.
2)As with other companies, some project manager used to save money at the cost of employee perks and benefits to showcase most revenue generated projects and get good grants on it.
3)Indian and other developed countries employees are being given different policies and other benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1) There should be team to work on employee future plans and aspirations. This team should not be influenced by managers. It helps and direct employee how to achieve the goal.
    2) Why there is a differentiation between Indian and other developed countries employees. All should be given same polices and benefits like notice period, work from home, and other benefits.
    3) There should be proper assessments for manager where he should be showcase how many employees he help to achieve there goal. Individual employee inputs should be taken and kept secret which is not kept generally in India.
