Current Employee – been working at Accenture full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – It is a great company to work for as it is a true global company with clients and employees all over the world. It conducts its business very professionally and ethically based on 6 core values. Its expansion in emerging markets is astronomical and its vision for the future is outstanding.
Cons – Being a big company, it has lots of policies and procedures and sometime they could be construed as too bureaucratic.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to build on your strengths and focus on improvement areas based on employees survey.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
