I have been working at Accenture full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Quick to change, focused on the client and on external environment
Cons – Hard to feel a ence of community, as with most consultancies
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure that leaders are talking to their people routinely, not just about job performance
