“Good for career growth”
Current Employee – been working at Accenture
Pros – Good training opportunities
Sr. Executives are very supportive in general
Easy access to the global next work of Accenture
Opportunities to work for high visibility projects
Cons – Some mid-level managers are very demanding
Require extra curriculum to get high rating in annual review
Experience varies from different projects
A good manager makes a huge different to your project
Stack ranking process somewhat fair but not totally
Advice to Senior Management – During stacking ranking, only the higher level can rate the lower level. The review process has room to enhance for fairness.
