“Difficult to move around.”
Current Employee – been working at Adobe full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Lots of cool products and interesting teams.
Benefits are great.
Cons – Tenure at the company seems to be more important than experience.
Everyone wants to work on the cool products so competition for jobs on those teams is fierce.
Pay is below average. Too many opportunities are being shifted to Utah.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
