Advocate Health Care Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Advocate Health Care full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Growing healthcare company, aquiring new hospitals. Management tends to have good vision and leadership. Good benefits and paid time off.

Cons – Very large organization. Sometime change tends to lag when changes are needed. Very conservative organization. HR takes a long time to hire.

Advice to Senior Management – Management very overwhelmed with many hats to wear - sometimes over looks good employees for advancement. Employees do leave to advance in there career but I guess thats health care.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
