“Fast Growing company that still needs to get it's act together”
Current Employee – been working at Aggreko full-time for less than a year
Pros – Great opportunities to work on new projects. Business is growing.
Cons – No personal life. Expected to work 24X7. Make wasteful decisions. Organization not very organized. Experience is not valued... "do as told"
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your people.... not just the surveys.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
