“Slow steady pace, if you can keep it.”
I worked at Agilent Technologies full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Slow pace, you can relax a lot if you're a software engineer.
You can have great work & life balance.
Cons – So many people are older than you.
Do not be ambitious. It will not fit the culture.
If you stay there for too long time, you cannot move to any other good places.
Advice to Senior Management – There so many good talents wasted here.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
