I have been working at Alcatel-Lucent full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – long history, too bad its going down hill now
Cons – not making any money; frozen salaries and no bonus.
Advice to Senior Management – cut red tape; empower people; stop second guessing; allow risk taking
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
