    Poor work-life balance. Salaries not consistent across the board.

    Pros

    Some good colleagues to work with.
    Reasonable benefits.
    Variety of sectors and clients to work with.
    Some scope for career progression and moving around the company.

    Cons

    Management are practically invisible and extremely top heavy.
    Deceitful when managing bad news and handling restructure.
    Don't care about employees, just about making money. Retention is not important to them.
    Long hours and never a thank you for going above and beyond in busy periods.
    Little interaction between departments which can inhibit progressing with projects and getting to know clients.
    Internal stakeholders act as a barrier to the end client.
    Mass exodus of good people meaning diminished team morale.

    Ask your team how they are feeling now and again, gauge their mood and make some effort to retain good people.
