    I have been working at Allstate full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Very tenured, hardworking group of people in the California Region who are focused on the stakeholders (agents, customers and stockholders).

    Cons

    Merit increases are very low, even for high performing employees if they are too tenured.

    Don’t take your people resources for granted. There is value in tenure.

    lots of sales experience, good people to work with, eas job most of the time

    can get boring, upper management not always helpful with solving problems, long hours and sometimes late nights
