“Amazon India experience”
Current Employee – been working at Amazon.com full-time for more than a year
Pros – Lots of opportunities to learn but your growth depends a lot on the team you are hired to.
Cons – Very poor facilities. Should take more care of employees. Also the operations work is high which can be a turn-off for some.
Advice to Senior Management – Improve the facilities and try to bring good work to India office.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
