The benefits and employee engagement are high on their priority list.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at American Express full-time for more than 10 years

ProsEmployee benefits - health, dental, RRSP, Stock options
On site conveniences - convenience store, gym, masseuse
Opportunities for advancements with courses (dependent on leader)

ConsHR's inconsistent approach to reporting leaders and associated discrepancies
Heavy focus on level within the organization with subsequent blocking of employees' advancement

Advice to Senior ManagementAn employee's worth should be dependent on his / her successes and productivity and not based on a "band" level within the hierarchy.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
