“Overall an ok company to work for”
I have been working at AmerisourceBergen full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good benefits, large company, and a leader in market place.
Cons – Dificult to find promotional opportunities. Lots of reorg.
Advice to Senior Management – Invest more in employee development.
