Pros

patients first- make products that have a huge positive impact on people's lives. Everyone knows someone who takes an Amgen product and has great things to say about them. Truly a patient-first company. Great benefits, vacation, holiday packages can't be beat. Fun work environment.

Cons

Competitive, sometimes cut-throat culture- sometimes very stressful. Limited opportunities for advancement. Limited forgiveness for mistakes.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Help to keep the workplace fun- sometimes gets too intense and cut-throat.
