I have been working at Apple as a contractor for more than a year
Pros – Compensation and Benefits
Laid back, but at the same time fast paced
Competitive
Cons – Awful work/life balance
No hierarchy structure in management so you don't know who to go to at times when problems arise
High standards of where you went to school
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
