ConsAnalysis of employee resources can be poor

Advice to Senior ManagementEmployees are treated a bit too much as a number. Even rated as TC and having 10 years of CMP exp at R&D, field support, demo I was offered VSP. This was bad for Applied materials, but I am happy to not travel in this point in my life so it worked out.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
