Current Employee – been working at Applied Materials full-time for less than a year

Pros – I studied HR Management before beginning my career at Applied. Unlike other organizations, the company focuses on driving strategic alignment and leveraging its talent to do so. There are so many areas to learn, develop, and make an impact within HR.

Cons – Applied Materials is actively indergoing strategic change that is multifaceted. As a new employee, it can be overwhelming to learn the ropes while so many things are in transition.

Advice to Senior Management – No issues here yet...
