very good company

Software Engineer (Current Employee) Sunnyvale, CA (US)

Pros* The company is doing very well, and growing.
* The company makes quality products.
* Employees are very competent overall.
* Equity compensation is quite generous.
* Management is being rather proactive in attempting to resolve those issues which may beset the company.

Cons* Some issues have existed with scheduling processes (gradually being addressed).
* Most departments want a few more employees, but hiring is pretty tight.
* Some departments worry about getting worn out from the pace of the work.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe company is already working to address various shortcomings, especially problems related to communication and siloization between different departments and teams. They do not need any further advice here.
