“Hard work but great career opportunity and rewards”
Current Employee – been working at Aston Carter full-time for more than a year
Pros – Excellent training, great support structure, excellent compensation and clear career path. Genuine equity opportunity for top performers, with many people having already benefited. Really sociable company and team approach to work.
Cons – The working hours are long but the hard work pays off quickly.
Advice to Senior Management – Communicate more frequently with staff at all levels
