Current Employee – been working at BB&T full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Opportunities are available .... if you know the right people and you look for them
Benefits
Cons – Slow in changing and moving forward with IT technologies
Good Old boy network - Hard for females to move up into IT Mgmt
Advice to Senior Management – Review the IT managers and their performance before you cut more IT staff
Need to be more progressive in IT technologies
