    Pros

Great people, great atmosphere. Most people that I have worked with are truly collaborative.

    Cons

Lifestyle and the way things work varies a lot between offices.

I worked at Bain & Company full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Opportunity to quickly gain opportunity to interact with senior management personnel
    - Great work culture and colleagues
    - Strong focus on driving success for clients - both the organization as well as key leaders
    - Open to discussing career outside Bain and supporting transition

    Cons

    - Work life balance takes a pounding with all the travel
    - Something which is probably not totally avoidable, but sometimes work which is done is to keep the client happy and not because it's going to be adding significant value. Also, commercial priorities lead to doing work where Bain's probably not the most qualified in terms of capabilities.
    - Compensation competitveness vis a vis other top tier consults is slipping

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    Approves of CEO
