Pros

Great benefits and pay. Makes the hard work worth it.

Cons

Can be a bit pushy on non issue stuff

    I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Flexable work location - home, remote offices, etc. Lots of challenges and lots of change = opportunity for new jobs.

    Cons

    Constant change comes at a price. Frequent upper management change or re-orgs causes a lot of extra overhead to still essentially the same work completed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Think of the end result when making organization changes and make upper management bonus tied to review of the success of those re-organization.
