Pros

VERY flexible on work hours and working from home, even as a contractor

Cons

So big the company gets in it's own way. You'll see that in any enterprise though.

    Great opportunities for growth, great benefits (401K, health insurance)

    Cons

    In my opinion, tellers are very underpaid, for the job they do, they deserve more!

    I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great company to start
    Get tuition reimbursement

    Cons

    Micromanagement in consumer banking, it might be different in Investment banking
    Very limited what employees can do, strict to guidelines
