I worked at Bank of America

    Pros

flexible working. option for mywork and telecommute

    Cons

bureaucratic and unwanted organizations in the firm spending free federal reserve money. Best way to survive the jobs is to blame on policies, Audit, regulatory, risk and do nothing. Most projects are either useful to company, shareholders, citizens or government. Wasting precious resources

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

cut down bureaucratic organizations. Work on Audit and risk related work only appropriate that benefits.
